Kelvin Tan

Hi, I'm Kelvin. I've designed fintech products for the past 4 years on investment platforms, insurance products, internal tools, and payments systems at DBS, UOB, and FWD. Currently building payment systems at UOB, making money fly.

Now about me: I'm obsessed with making products great. The things people don't care about, I care. I try to make things delightful (as much as possible within reality's constraints). I'm also an aspiring speaker, still learning my way.

On AI: I use it, but I'm not dependent on it. I'm trying not just to consume AI but to learn from it. I'm not scared by every new AI design as an existential crisis. Currently it's 70% me, 30% AI. The ratio changes depending on my coffee intake. I'm still exploring my process to make AI a more valuable tool.

I also enjoy mentoring and championing for others. My value goes beyond design, it extends to business and organisational impact.
